Objective
Assisted reproductive technology (ART) laboratory managers play critical roles in fertility treatment success, yet their occupational challenges remain underexplored globally. This study systematically examines the multifaceted problems experienced by ART laboratory managers in Türkiye within the theoretical framework of the job demands-resources model.
