Abstract
【序文】壊死性軟部組織感染症（Necrotizing soft tissue infection，以下NSTI）はGroup A Streptococcusを代表とする細菌による軟部組織感染症である．右上肢に発生したVibrio科のPhotobacterium damselaeが起因菌となったNSTIの一例を報告する．【症例】離島在住の65歳男性．右手関節の腫張，疼痛，右第5指に色調変化を生じ，最終的に上腕まで波及し，右肩関節での離断術に至った．【考察】海水中に生息するPhotobacterium damselaeがNSTIの起因菌となる報告は少なく，感染経路，性差，病歴など文献的考察を含めて報告する．
