A BSTRACT Introduction: Toxicological poisoning is becoming exceedingly common as a result of industrialization, advances in agricultural methods, medications, and environmental pollution. This study aims to outline the trend in poisoning cases documented at a Tertiary Care Hospital over the course of four years.
