Abstract
This document outlines consensus recommendations developed by the expert panel of the Asian Society for Gynecologic Robotic Surgery (ASGRS), based on a review of contemporary evidence and expert surgical experience regarding roboticassisted laparoscopic myomectomy. These recommendations aim to provide practical guidance regarding patient selection, surgical planning, operative techniques, fertility considerations, and perioperative management in diverse Asian clinical settings.
