Effectiveness and Safety of Therapeutic Plasma Exchange in Intoxication Cases: A Single-Center Retrospective Study

Objective: This study aimed to retrospectively evaluate clinical characteristics, procedural parameters, complication rates, and mortality-related factors in patients who underwent therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) for intoxication.Materials and Methods: Twenty-five patients (30 sessions) who underwent TPE for intoxication were included. Demographic data, laboratory findings, procedural characteristics, and clinical outcomes were analyzed. Mann-Whitney U and Fisher's exact tests were used for intergroup comparisons; p
