Abstract
Background/Objectives: Glaucoma is a leading cause of irreversible global vision loss, with intraocular pressure (IOP) as the sole modifiable risk factor to stall progression. First-line treatment in the form of eye drops suffers from poor bioavailability and low patient adherence, necessitating sustained-release alternatives. This study evaluates the safety and sustained efficacy of a liposomal latanoprost (LipoLat) injection in both open-angle and angle-closure eyes.
