Background
Conotruncal anomalies frequently involve extracardiac vascular structures that are critical for surgical planning yet incompletely assessed by transthoracic echocardiography (TTE). We evaluated the incremental diagnostic value of CT angiography (CTA) beyond TTE using intraoperative findings as the reference standard.
