Abstract
Background/Objectives: Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are the most common malignant mesenchymal tumors that compose a heterogeneous group due to various molecular alterations. This study aimed to determine the molecular characteristics of patients with GIST treated between 2002 and 2017 and to follow their overall survival (OS) over 20 years.
