Background
Mechanical dispersion of left ventricular contraction reflects electromechanical heterogeneity and may contribute to arrhythmogenesis. We evaluated whether myocardial work dispersion is associated with ventricular arrhythmia (VA) risk in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF).
