Abstract
This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge of women of reproductive age regarding the prevention of fluor albus through reproductive health education at TPMB Dhonal Handayani in 2026. A quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design was employed. The program involved 20 women of reproductive age selected through purposive sampling. The activity stages included a pretest, reproductive health education delivered through lectures, interactive discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and leaflet distribution, followed by a posttest to assess changes in participants’ knowledge. The educational materials covered the definition of fluor albus, differences between physiological and pathological fluor albus, risk factors, signs and symptoms, and preventive measures through proper personal hygiene practices. The results showed that the mean knowledge score increased from 4.35 in the pretest to 7.85 in the posttest, representing an improvement of 3.50 points. These findings indicate that reproductive health education was effective in improving participants’ understanding of fluor albus prevention. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the activity. Therefore, reproductive health education can serve as an effective promotive and preventive strategy to enhance knowledge and awareness among women of reproductive age regarding reproductive health maintenance .
