Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA) is a life-threatening emergency that requires immediate intervention to improve patient survival. One strategy to increase survival rates is Telephone-Assisted Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (T-CPR), in which emergency medical dispatchers provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation instructions to bystanders over the telephone. The accuracy of T-CPR implementation is influenced by several factors, particularly the dispatchers' level of knowledge and communication skills.
