Sociodemographic characteristics, awareness of ART, and attitudes toward ART were assessed using a structured, interviewer-administered questionnaire. Economic status was measured through a self-reported subjective assessment in which participants categorized their household economic situation as sufficient, barely sufficient, or insufficient. The questionnaire was reviewed by experts and demonstrated high reliability (Cronbach’s alpha=0.86 for awareness and 0.89 for attitudes). Statistical analysis were conducted using SPSS version 25, including descriptive statistics, the Kruskal-Wallis test, and Mann-Whitney U test, and regression analysis to identify significant predictors.
