Abstract
Introduction
Complete gross resection (CGR) at interval debulking surgery (IDS) is a critical surgical endpoint in ovarian cancer, but its likelihood remains difficult to estimate before surgery in patients treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT). The hemoglobin, albumin, lymphocyte, and platelet (HALP) score integrates nutritional, inflammatory, immune, and anemia-related status, but its association with CGR after NACT remains unclear. This study evaluated the association of peri-NACT HALP with CGR at IDS.
