Abstract
Abstract Objective: To analyze epidemiology, multidrug resistance (MDR), and risk factors for Gram-negative bacterial (GNB) infections within 30 days post‑kidney transplantation.
Methods
Retrospective analysis of 2,875 DCD kidney recipients (2015–2024); 102 with early GNB infection were included. Pathogen distribution, antimicrobial susceptibility, and risk factors for MDR were assessed.
