Abstract
Background
/Objectives: Regulator of chromosome condensation 1 (RCC1) is a nuclear Ran guanine nucleotide exchange factor involved in nucleocytoplasmic transport, DNA replication, and mitotic regulation. This study investigated the clinical and prognostic significance of RCC1 expression and explored whether RCC1 provides complementary prognostic information to minichromosome maintenance protein 2 (MCM2).
