Abstract
Introduction
Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine carcinomas (GEP-NECs) are aggressive malignancies with limited therapeutic options. Real-world data are needed to evaluate treatment outcomes.
Materials and methods
We conducted a retrospective cohort study of patients with histologically confirmed, unresectable locally advanced or metastatic GEP-NEC treated at a United Kingdom (UK) tertiary referral centre between 2015 and 2025. Clinical characteristics and outcomes were extracted from electronic records. Survival outcomes were estimated using Kaplan–Meier methods. Prognostic factors were analysed using Cox proportional hazards models.
