Summary of Session 20: RP Concepts IV––Exposure Categories & Situations

Abstract
This session, held in Abu Dhabi on 9 October 2025 during the 8th International Symposium on the System of Radiological Protection (ICRP 2025), was dedicated to the conceptual understanding and practical implementation of exposure situations and categories of exposure. It featured four oral presentations, two poster contributions, and a concluding Q&A session. This report summarises the main contributions and discussion points from the session.
