Abstract
Abstract Background Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is a thrombotic autoimmune disorder; adrenal hemorrhage is uncommon. Treating progressive thrombosis with concurrent major bleeding is challenging, especially when lupus anticoagulant (LA) may compromise international normalized ratio (INR)-based warfarin monitoring.
