Anterior wall myocardial infarction induced by right coronary artery stenosis from the left coronary sinus
By Junwen Wang and Yong Peng.
Abstract
A female patient in her 69 presented with a 9-hour history of chest pain. Emergency electrocardiography (ECG) indicated an acute anterior and inferior myocardial infarction. Emergency coronary angiography revealed an anomalous origin of the right coronary artery (RCA) from the left coronary sinus, with proximal stenosis reaching up to 99%.
