Abstract / Summary
Dual left anterior descending artery is a rare coronary artery anomaly with the presence of two distinct left anterior descending arteries with variable origins and courses, leading to the description of six anatomical types in the literature. It is important to recognize this variant due to its implications for ischemic protection and the need for complete revascularization involving both vessels.
