Abstract / Summary
A 65-year-old man with dilated cardiomyopathy, a left ventricular ejection fraction of 25%, and left bundle branch block underwent left bundle branch-optimized cardiac resynchronization therapy. The post-procedure ECG showed dramatic T-wave inversions that often indicate correction of the altered ventricular activation sequence.
