Abstract
Objectives
This study aimed to develop and evaluate an in-house flow cytometry-based direct antiglobulin test (DAT) for detecting IgG-bound platelets in cats and to investigate the prevalence of DAT positivity and associated risk factors among thrombocytopenic cats.
