Abstract / Summary
Abnormal uterine bleeding associated with ovulatory dysfunction (AUB-O) is a common clinical reproductive endocrine disease. If not properly diagnosed and treated, it can lead to complications such as anemia, infection, anovulatory infertility, and endometrial pathology. In recent years, to standardize AUB diagnosis and treatment, a series of guidelines have been formulated both at home and abroad. In this paper, we organize the key points of quality control according to the essence of domestic and foreign guidelines, combine clinical practice with the guidelines, and form a practicable quality control standard for AUB-O in the clinic. The development of this quality control standard is also conducive to the development of homogenized quality control training and the realization of cross-regional joint quality control evaluation, thus enhancing the level of homogenization of gynecological clinical quality control and jointly promoting the improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AUB-O.
