Fortgeschrittenes skrotales Liposarkom als intraoperativer Zufallsbefund bei Leistenhernienoperation – Kasuistik und Literaturübersicht

Abstract
Zusammenfassung Es wird über einen 69-jährigen Patienten, der aufgrund monströser Rezidivleistenhernie rechts operiert wurde und bei dem sich als intraoperativer Befund ein riesiges Liposarkom der rechten Skrotalhälfte zeigte, berichtet. Es erfolgte eine R0-Resektion des Tumors. Zwei Jahre postoperativ ist der Patient beschwerdefrei und ohne Zeichen eines Tumorrezidivs. Der Fall stellt eine sehr seltene Differenzialdiagnose eines monströsen inguinoskrotalen Bruches dar.
