Introduction: This study reports revision anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (R-ACLR) outcomes using bone–patellar tendon–bone (BPTB) vs. hamstring tendon (HT) autografts with and without lateral extra-articular tenodesis (LEAT) in a cohort of level 1 athletes.
