“Balloon sliding technique” for complex coronary venous anatomy
By Vivek Singh Guleria and Prafull Sharma.
Abstract
ABSTRACT Only a few techniques have been described in literature for successful placement of left ventricular lead when coronary venous anatomy is a challenge. Ballon sliding technique is a new innovative technique to cannulate coronary sinus in patients with complex anatomy . It’s a simple technique where a semicompliant ballon is inflated at tip of sheath and whole assembly is pushed to slide over the angulated targeted vein .
