Abstract
Pulsed field ablation (PFA) has become a widely adopted nonthermal energy source for atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation, valued for its myocardial selectivity and reduced collateral injury. 1,2 Large registries have confirmed its overall safety and effectiveness in routine practice.3,4 However, despite these advantages, PFA is not free from procedure-related complications, and rare but clinically important adverse events continue to be recognized.2,4
