Summary: Background: Platinum and taxanes are backbone chemotherapy in multiple solid tumours. We aimed to investigate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of nab-paclitaxel and cisplatin administered by pressurised intraperitoneal aerosol chemotherapy (PIPAC).
