Substrate‐Based Ablation Guided by Combined Fractionation and Frequency Analysis for Multiple and Unmappable Ventricular Tachycardias
By Maiko Kuroda, Kenichi Hiroshima and Kenji Andò.
Abstract
Stepwise evaluation of fractionation and peak frequency maps on substrate mapping identified VT-related substrate regions in a patient with multiple ventricular tachycardias. This complementary substrate-based approach may help guide ablation when complete circuit characterization is challenging.
