Disseminated Mixed Lytic‐Sclerotic Skeletal Metastases as Initial Presentation of Gallbladder Carcinoma: A Case Report
By Shivali Rao, Binaya Adhikari and Abhikanta Khatiwada.
Abstract
ABSTRACT Gallbladder carcinoma is an aggressive malignancy often diagnosed at an advanced stage. Skeletal metastasis, especially mixed lytic‐sclerotic lesions, is rare and typically occurs late. This report highlights an unusual presentation where widespread bony metastases were the initial manifestation, leading to the diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
