Suboptimal Response to Eculizumab in Renal‐Limited Thrombotic Microangiopathy Associated With Malignant Hypertension and Monoclonal Gammopathy: A Case Report

Abstract
ABSTRACT Renal‐limited thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA) is clinically milder but etiologically complex and is often underdiagnosed. This case presents as complement‐mediated TMA with malignant hypertension and monoclonal gammopathy but showed suboptimal response to eculizumab treatment, suggesting heterogeneity in both etiology and treatment outcomes.
