Beyond IgE: Expanding Perspectives on Multiclass Immunoglobulin Responses in Anisakis Allergy
By Patpicha Arunsan, Nathkapach K. Rattanapitoon, Phornphitcha Pechdee and 1 others.
Abstract
ABSTRACT Anisakis allergy may involve antibody responses beyond IgE alone. Considering both mucosal and systemic immunoglobulin responses may improve our understanding of sensitization, immune regulation, and host–parasite interactions; although further studies are required before these observations can be translated into clinical practice.
