Abstract / Summary
ABSTRACT A 17‐year‐old girl with IgA vasculitis developed diffuse alveolar hemorrhage, severe gastrointestinal hemorrhage with paralytic ileus, and clinical renal involvement. Early bronchoscopy demonstrated diffuse airway bleeding, supported the diagnosis, enabled microbiological sampling, and informed postponement of pharmacological thromboprophylaxis.
