Abstract / Summary
ABSTRACT Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) may be associated with second primary malignancies. We report three cases with melanoma, diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma, and breast carcinoma occurring synchronously or metachronously. All cases highlighted diagnostic challenges in distinguishing metastasis from new primaries, emphasizing the necessity of histopathologic confirmation and multidisciplinary management.
