Abstract / Summary
Only 1 in 32 youths with opioid use disorder (OUD) who are Medicaid recipients received sustained pharmacotherapy, and most did not receive timely treatment at all, a study's researchers have found. The study, by Scott E. Hadland, M.D., and colleagues, was published online October 2 in JAMA Network Open . It concludes that persistent disparities occur for youths of color.
