Samenvatting
The 2023 ESC Heart Failure Guidelines update the evidence base for four-pillar therapy (ARNI, beta-blocker, MRA, SGLT2-i) and extend recommendations to HFpEF with empagliflozin and dapagliflozin. Simultaneous low-dose initiation is now preferred over sequential up-titration.
