Abstract
Importance: Recent trials have not demonstrated a benefit of endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) over medical therapy in acute stroke due to medium vessel occlusion (MeVO). However, it remains uncertain whether selected patients with favorable perfusion may benefit from EVT.
