Abstract
The Senhance Digital Laparoscopy System (SDLS) is an emerging robotic platform with distinctive features, including haptic feedback, eye-tracking camera control, and reusable instruments compatible with standard laparoscopic trocars. However, comprehensive evidence regarding its application in cholecystectomy remains limited. This single-arm meta-analysis was designed to consolidate the current evidence by quantitatively synthesizing key perioperative outcomes-including operative time, console time, docking time, surgical success rate, and postoperative length of hospital stay-to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based assessment of the feasibility and perioperative outcomes of Senhance-assisted robotic cholecystectomy.
