Multiple regurgitant lesions coexist in critically ill patients, yet cohort-level analyses typically represent each valve separately. We evaluated whether a Multi-Valvular Burden (MVB) score could summarize regurgitant involvement and whether its prognostic information differed from models retaining individual valve grades.
