Résumé
Objective
Accumulating evidence indicates that oral microbiota dysbiosis and periodontal pathogens contribute to the initiation and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). However, the molecular mechanisms underlying the interaction between Porphyromonas gingivalis and the tumor immune microenvironment remain incompletely understood. This study aimed to investigate the potential role of a TLR4-associated ERK/CD155/TIGIT signaling pathway in P. gingivalis-mediated immunosuppressive microenvironment formation during OSCC progression.
