This study aimed to screen and identify hub genes correlated with septic shock through integrative analyses of bulk transcriptomics, machine learning, weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA), single-cell transcriptomics, and in silico gene knockout, and further dissect their underlying immunoregulatory mechanisms.
