Extraction database accompanying the systematic review "Co-occurrence Patterns of Repair Mechanisms in Low-Intensity Shockwave Therapy for Erectile Dysfunction" (under review). Contains the frozen, de-identified extraction dataset (29 studies; 99 intervention arms; 304 mechanism-marker records; two-stage screening and dual independent extraction with adjudication), the extraction protocol and methodological notes, and deterministic analysis code. Registered at PROSPERO (CRD420261368739). Version 2.4.1 is the public release; internal screening notes and audit annotations removed. All analysis outputs regenerate deterministically from this dataset (seed = 42).
