Mismatch repair and P53 status in endometroid type of endometrial carcinoma, association with clinicopathological parameters in iraqi patients

Endometrial carcinoma is a common gynecological cancer and represents a major cause of morbidity and mortality among women. Research Objectives · Prevalence of MMR and P53 among Iraqi patients. · Clinicopathological correlation. Material and Methods: Cross sectional analytical study of surgically treated women with endometroid type of endometrial carcinoma. Statistical analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 23. Continuous variables were summarized as mean ± standard deviation (SD) for the overall study population and as median with interquartile range (IQR) for group comparisons.
