Résumé
This cross-sectional study describes parent-reported daily routines among children aged 9–14 years in Tirana, Albania. In October–November 2024, a 13-item Google Forms questionnaire was sent to 90 parents or guardians through several schools; 50 responded (55.6%). Frequencies and percentages were calculated; individual-level data are unavailable. Thirty-eight children (76%) were placed in a sitting category, six (12%) walked at least 30 minutes daily, and three (6%) were reported to undertake regular physical activity; three (6%) were unclassified. Weekday technology use was 4–5 hours for 37 children (74%) and 5–6 hours for 13 (26%). Thirty-eight (76%) reportedly slept seven hours, eight (16%) six hours, and four (8%) nine hours. These descriptive findings cannot establish associations or causation. The small, parent-reported sample and lack of formal ethics committee review limit interpretation and publication eligibility.
