Résumé
Background
Chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) is associated with high rates of major adverse limb events and mortality, particularly in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). The Global Limb Anatomic Staging System (GLASS) standardizes anatomical assessment and supports revascularization planning. This study evaluated the association of anatomical complexity and diabetes with immediate technical success after infrainguinal endovascular treatment.
