Résumé
Objectives
To explore the surgical experience and clinical value of laparoscopic exploration with one-stage ovarian tumor enucleation and oophoroplasty for ovarian tumor pedicle torsion in children and adolescents.
Methods
A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 105 cases of ovarian torsion managed at the Department of Oncological Surgery, Children’s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine from 1 January 2019 to 1 June 2025. All patients underwent emergency laparoscopic exploration with one-stage ovarian tumor enucleation and oophoroplasty. Postoperative ovarian Doppler ultrasound follow-up was performed at 1–3 months, 3–6 months, 6–12 months, and over 12 months, comparing the ovarian volume of the affected side with that of the contralateral ovary.
