Background/Objectives: This systematic review and exploratory meta-analysis evaluated interventions targeting lower-limb proprioception after stroke, examined their underlying therapeutic mechanisms and assessment methods, and proposed a mechanism-oriented classification framework for organizing the existing evidence.
