Background
The C-reactive protein–albumin–lymphocyte (CALLY) index integrates systemic inflammation, nutritional status, and immune function. This study evaluated changes in the CALLY index after sleeve gastrectomy and their associations with weight loss and cardiometabolic changes in women.
