Résumé
Objectives
To assess whether attaining an aggressive pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) target with continuous infusion (CI) cefiderocol could be an effective strategy for managing documented bloodstream infections (BSIs) and pneumonia caused by Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, and to identify independent predictors of microbiological and clinical failure.
