Résumé
Objective
To investigate the pattern of lymph node metastasis (LNM) in multiple primary lung cancers (MPLC) and related influencing factors.
Methods
We retrospectively analyzed the lymph node status of 215 patients with MPLC diagnosed by pathological and imaging examinations at Guangdong Jiangmen Central Hospital between January 2015 and December 2021, evaluating the relationship between age, smoking history, tumor markers, primary lesion diameter (PLD), pathological type, lesion location and LNM.
